An effective and efficient design is critical to the functionality of any new project. Protech has the team of experienced professionals, familiar with many types of laboratories, healthcare facilities and industries, to provide the following design and lay-out assistance:

2.  Location of each item for practicality and safety.

3.  Product selection and specification development.

4.  International standards awareness meeting with customer.

5. AutoCAD drawings of plans, elevations, mechanical coordination and product details.

Our design professionals also assist our Design à la carte Department by designing creative and attractive solutions. Together with our clients, they have come to produce great structures for many interior and exterior applications.

Manufacturing

Protech Company provides a comprehensive line of items within its three product lines. Our state-of-the-art 2000 square meter production facility in Jordan is a bench mark in the country and the Middle-East. Intensive research and development plus efficient manufacturing methods are the tools which Protech uses to maintain a significant lead as manufacturers of attractive and high quality products that meet customer’s needs and international standards.
 

Budgeting and Estimating 

Protech can provide varying levels of budget information for any project. For very conceptual projects, lineal meter or square meter numbers can be determined. The budget can then be revised as the design evolves. For projects where the design has been established budgets can be prepared for the project by item, room or area. Protech takes great pride in continually updating its budget database to ensure that we provide clients with accurate and complete budgets.

An accurate and timely estimate is critical to finalizing the procurement process. The type of estimate prepared is a function of the procurement process and the completeness of construction documents. For finalized designs, a scope letter and lump sum price will be prepared. For Design/Build projects or for estimates based upon partially complete documents, a conceptual estimate is usually prepared.
 

Installation

Protech Company's installation team truly are responsible for transforming a truckload of components into a beautiful and functional product installation. They are skilled craftsmen, with years of experience installing all the different types of products. Most importantly, they are our own employees. Protech never subcontracts the installation of our work. By having Protech’s employees as your installers, you can be assured that quality and performance to project schedules are first and foremost on their minds. Protech has defined and refined our quality standards over 10+ years to ensure that you get the most efficient and accurate installation possible. Protech installation crews are responsible for initiating their own punch list before the Owner, architect or contractor ever generates their own. As a result, post installation warranty issues are minimal.
